EMERGENCY HF FREQUENCIES

W6VLD REPEATER INFORMATION

2 Meter - memory 1

The W6VLD repeater input frequency is 146.505 MHz; output frequency is 147.465 MHz, and the access tone is 103.5 Hz.  Output power is approximately 10 watts. (Note: No capability for Auto-Patch)

This frequency is used M-F 0745-0800 Pacific Time for the local BEARS emergency communications net weekly Wednesday check-in. The following sites are queried:

440

Our 440 repeater is available for use on frequency is 445.580 MHz, with standard offset ( - 5 MHz), and a tone of 94.8. Our Coordinator allows us to run up to 50 watts of power to the antenna; but we currently run the output at 10 watts - same as the 2 Meter repeater.

Antennas for both 2 meter and 440 are mounted on top of building 44. (MAP)
